User management is a client’s internal process. Your nominated IT team or a partner is responsible for user management.
User management is a client’s internal process. Your nominated IT team or a partner is responsible for user management.
For corporate IdP every Fluent user has corporate email associated with this user. Corporate users are added using next steps:
Do not provide your corporate password for a user created in Fluent. All passwords are only saved in your corporate IdP.
Fluent team is not responsible for any MFA issues, enabling or disabling users, or change password requests. Fluent doesn't save passwords and cannot change it for any corporate users. If any issues happens, users will need to follow internal company process and contact their internal support team.
For API and SSO Administrator users passwords and other settings can be managed in SSO Vendor Environment.
Create Fluent Platform Users via Fluent OMS or via API. You will need to provide password and then send this password to a user. New users will be required to change their password on their first login.
All users will need to be created and managed in SSO Vendor Environment, your IT team or a partner if nominated, will be responsible for all user management issues.
Using SSO Vendor Environment you will get access to features previously not supported in Fluent:
